Hatch Professional Development offerings are delivered by our team of expert trainers and are designed to ensure attendees are provided with actionable strategies that ensure highly effective implementation, integration, and ongoing utilization of technology.
Onsite Professional Development includes a full 6-hour day of learning customized to the program's needs! Programs can select from our current offerings to meet the needs of their program and additional days of Onsite Professional Development can be purchased and scheduled as needed.

Train-the-Trainers
Train-the-Trainer by Hatch delivers learner-centric workshops in a lively and interactive training environment. The train-the-trainer workshops are designed for instructional coaches, facilitators, training managers, and/or other instructors who will train others within a program to implement Hatch solutions. This offering is eligible for all Hatch solutions for up to 20 participants in 1 6-hour onsite training day.
During the first part of the session, attendees will dive into adult learning best practices and a dissection of the content to prepare participants for delivery to their organization. During the training's second part, participants will focus on building a deeper understanding of the specific Hatch solution and will practice delivering the session content. Participants will receive feedback to support their facilitation of the content, and upon completion, attendees will be certified to deliver Ignite within their respective agencies. Hatch will continue to use support and coaching for one-year post session quarterly. To be certified to deliver Hatch session, full-time attendance is required.
*Prerequisite Session Required: All three sessions of the specific Hatch solution (Getting Started, Essentials, Using Data)
Thought Leadership Sessions
Hatch’s Thought Leadership offerings are 90-minute sessions crafted to address key topics in early childhood education. Choose from a range of themes sourced from our Thought Leadership Library or opt for individualized sessions (additional fee applicable) tailored to your specific needs. We understand that every educator's journey is unique, and every program has varying goals to best support their children and families, so whether you're looking to dive deeper into a particular topic or address a challenge you're facing, we're here to support you every step of the way!
Our Thought Leadership Library is brimming with an insightful variety of cutting-edge topics that are currently at the forefront of the field, and each session is packed with practical tips and evidence-based practices. Participants will dive into discussions on crucial areas such as family connections and innovative teaching strategies, and benefit from evidence-based insights and practical tips to enhance their practices.
Asynchronous PD Video Modules
These video modules, aligned with a participant guide, will be interactive, focused content developed from Hatch's solutions' sessions. These are designed as intentional mini sessions for participants to engage with them at their own pace and will be available for 3 months.
This offering is available for our Core Content sessions at this time (not applicable for Thought Leadership Sessions)
